Be alert of phishing emails, texts and cold calls, SBUK will never ask you to make a payment or for your login password. If ever in doubt contact SBUK via any of the methods mentioned on the website.


Sonali Bank (UK) Ltd will never ask you to make remittances ask personal information such as bank details (unless you called SBUK for the telephone remittance service) or passwords, reply, download attachments, click on links in emails and text you are not expecting. I
f you are under duress to make a remittance payment and are able to signal this to us safely – please do so and we will take the necessary action.

 A scam is where a payment has been made by you from your own account to someone or something that you believed to be genuine, but instead you have been mislead. Stopping and thinking before parting with your money or information could help you keep it safe.
